Who We Are
Our Purpose
To conduct a professional and protective organization for the Air Traffic Management Officers of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.
Our Vision
To safeguard with ceaseless vigilance the safety of the aviation industry in recognition of the high degree of public trust, confidence and responsibility placed on the members of PATCA.
We are the Air Traffic Management Officers of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.
Our main objective is to provide air traffic control service.
Air traffic control service is a service provided for the purpose of:
Preventing Collisions between aircraft,
and on the manoeuvering area between aircraft and obstructions;
and expediting and maintaining an orderly flow of air traffic. (ICAO Annex11)
